Whenever I think of cigarette smoke giving somebody cancer, automatically this mental scenario occurs in the United States. To me it doesn’t make sense that some awesome guy in Italy is going to get cancer from smoking a cigarette. Leave him alone! He’s Italian! He’s just doing his job of being suave. That’s just how it is. You know? (Probably not.)
